I can't figure out what info you want for a 1099 , when I e-file for a tax refund for 2024 tax.

Luisa Osorio-Sanchez, the owner of the Liberty Tax office at 408 Bridge Street in Lowell, MA is a convicted felon who did time in MCI-Framingham State Prison! She and her husband were convicted of beating and raping her daughter repeatedly.
She got out on parole but husband is still in jail. Both are Colombian nationals with resident alien "green cards". Google search her name and see for yourself. Both should be reported to ICE for deportation.
Luisa is under investigation by the IRS and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for tax fraud. She ran a phony church as a tax fraud scheme, appointing herself as a "pastor".

my wife received an email threatening me, with made up illegal information that he planned to try to claim I was doing along with threatening to call my employer and tell them I was into illegal matters if I did not withdraw my request to return my documents-I wood stay as far away from this location and especially the owner who is a loose cannon who violates his fiduciary duty the law and tax preparer ethics rules .
I was later informed by staff, including the owner, Sean Conner, that they would not proceed with preparing my tax return. When I requested my original documents be returned, I was told they would instead shred them without my consent.
This refusal to return my documents and the threat of destruction is a serious violation of consumer rights and may constitute the unlawful destruction of personal property.
I did not authorize them to destroy any of my documents. This conduct raises serious concerns about their document handling practices and the potential misuse of personal financial information.

Resolved: Missing tax money
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I paid my tax credit card through, but not to the IRS. The local Liberty Tax will not help me. I've paid out over 4,880 for a 2915 tax bill.

I have a problem with one of the tax preparers. They did not do my taxes right, messed up on my 3514 form, and will not correct it for me. They have been giving me the runaround for over a month, and the IRS said they will not correct it until he fills out that paperwork.

In 2023 our taxes were done at office 14924 by Karen Roger's she was so unprofessional was unable to get over the experience for 2 weeks. Add to that filling out boat load of paperwork, not able to use a bathroom or have a drink of water.
Increase in prep should have been mentioned when appt was made. Offered free prep for 2024. That promise is not going to be honored. Was made by previous office manager assured me info would be put in our file.
Current regime sees nothing in folder person who made offer no longer works there willing to give me a discount on fee. Screwed for a second time.

I took my 2023 and 2024 taxes to liberty tax on Hwy 64 in Lexington NC. My complaint is I had a $593.00 federal tax return and got $160.00 or $166.00.
I was going to use that to pay my utility bill last month. Im still sitting here without power. I did receive my state but idk about the 2023 year. I have neither one of those returns.
People need to understand they cant just do whatever and charge people because its not theres. I need some answers please . Im sorry I have to complain but Im mad and upset.

Very expensive fee
They way over charged to the tune of $674 but did not tell me until they were done with filing. We had a very simple filing but didnt charge as so. Also tried to get me to amend my 2023 tax
