If you want a company to not file your taxes for months and still charge you, you are in the right place. Just for added fun when I asked for some relief from the additional fines from the government, I didn't even get a call back.

Poorest company interaction I have ever had. I don't believe in anonymous postings, this is Ken White from Charlotte.

They never paid me for the time I work and the investigation is ongoing my manager marquee told me he only wanted one person working only 2 days out the week when they season slowed down in march and April so now I havent gotten my bonus I sent in when he text I was suppose to get it and he havent contacted me yet so do I need to sue yall or im going to get my money just let me know so I can do what I gotta do

It said call rejected and hung up. I have been trying to call and it either doesn't ring at all or just rejects the call

Someone e-filed under my social security number, so the document had to be mailed in. It wasn't mailed until mid-April, although we signed it at the beginning of March.

I've made three appointments since then and was told everything was good. However, that was not the case. I had to call and resolve the issue myself because you all wouldn't help me. I was lied to, and the IRS said I needed my $150 refunded because you all did nothing to help.

They pointed out that you should have seen what was needed. Now, I have to wait another nine weeks after already having waited 27 weeks.

Haven't heard from Liberty at all about this situation it seems like they don't care at all and I have been filing taxes for 10 years with liberty and now can't even get th m to give me a call

They did not respond to me and I still could not login and I was not happy at all. But they are asking for me a review

Horrible horrible service they asking for money when yall owe me money. They really wanted me to pay money to get my question answered. No live chat should charge people to answer there questions.

Still unresolved. I need the tax records from 2016-****. This will show that I was living at 120-Elgar Place, Bronx, New York, 10475 during these two periods.

The staff was very nice! We moved from California to Nevada and had our taxes done by Liberty, we paid $400,00, out Federal Taxes were done correctly, but the person that did our taxes put our Federal tax withholding on our California state tax, we were supposed to get a refund but instead we OWE because of their mistake

I went to Liberty tax to get my taxes done for the Colo Tabor stimulus which is 500 single 1200 families. The Colo State Dept of Revenue never received it.

The tax preparer at the office on 14th And Florence St Aurora Colo.

Said had entered it but he did not. Therefore I didn't get my $500

I came in six weeks ago to have my taxes filed properly the gentleman that I talked to reassured me that it would be taken care of within the week he never got back to me despite multiple attempts and voicemails I got a hold of him finally two weeks ago and he told me that he would have it taken care of that there was a mishap on their end now this week I got a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes were illegally filed and I cant get anybody to answer the phone

I have made several calls to one of the locations here in Akron,OH and there is no follow-up call or anything. I've called several times, and they said that they would call me back but still no returned call.
